Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for a product/service purchased through Metanex Life Science.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 2 days of placing the order.
If the order has already been processed, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
Perishable products, such as:
Consumables,
Biological samples,
Temperature-sensitive items,
are not eligible for cancellation.
However, refunds or replacements may be allowed if the product delivered is proven to be of poor quality or damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
The issue will be verified by the seller or merchant listed on the platform.
Once confirmed, the appropriate resolution will be offered (refund/replacement).
4. Product Not as Described
If the product you received is:

After evaluating your complaint, our team will take appropriate action.
5. Warranty-Backed Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
We will not be responsible for servicing or processing refunds for such products.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by Metanex Life Science, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
